Glass Bead Peening: Cold working of metal substrate using glass bead.
Slurry Peening: a glass bead/water mixture solution used to clean, seal and peen surface of substrate metal
Flapper Peening: Also known as Roto peening created by 3M during the Viet Nam war to provide local peening capabilities and for straightening bend surfaces such as gun barrels, turbine shafts etc.
Abrasive Blasting: used to remove scale from forging and heat treating along with paint and rust. Most common abrasive used:
